2 suffer harm due to surgical errors during heart transplants

A heart transplant is a major operation that can have a substantial impact on the health of a patient in Illinois. Failure to take the necessary precautions during such a procedure can be exceedingly hazardous, and those who are subjected to negligence could suffer irreparable harm in the process. Two individuals have filed separate lawsuits against a medical facility in another state after claiming surgical errors left them with serious injuries.

Even in a minor procedure, the presence of negligence could place the health of the patient at risk. A family in another state has reportedly filed a medical malpractice lawsuit after a dental procedure led to the apparent wrongful death of their 2-year-old son.
