Chicago Medical Malpractice Victims' Rights Attorney

As a former social worker, I went to law school more than 25 years ago with the thought that I could change the world for the better. Since then, I have made it a much better place for my clients, who face serious challenges and losses caused by medical malpractice.

  • I started my professional life in 1979 with a social work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I soon felt that, as a social worker, I was not going to be able to make a lasting difference in people's lives.
  • I graduated from The John Marshall Law School in 1983 and participated in the DuPage County Medical Society mini-internship program. This experience confirmed for me that medical malpractice law was what I wanted to do, and I've been working exclusively handling medical malpractice in the Chicagoland area since 1986.
  • I am a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association, and I am committed to both my professional and local communities.
  • I am a big advocate to giving back to the community and my law firm gives back to many charitable organizations.
